1. Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a powerful aid to your weight loss program and operates as a way to increase your attention to the suggestions of behavioural weight loss programs (like Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc) as well as to reinforce long-term weight loss habits.
Many studies suggest that hypnosis is an ideal addition to behavioural weight management programs that need supplementation to achieve long-term weight loss success

2. Education
Knowledge of research in the areas of nutrition, health and weight loss aid you in making informed choices about your diet and exercise lifestyle. At Awaken Aware we gather current and relevant information for you as part of the education portion of our weight loss triad.
Education regarding weight loss, nutrition and exercise allows you to make informed, healthy choices-choices that will take you in the direction of your weight loss goals. Coaching and Weight Loss Management
3. Coaching
Just as a sports team coach assists a team of players to win competitions, so does a Life Coach assist you to win your battles. You are the player doing the hard work; your Coach supports, guides and inspires you.
Fees
- Initial 90-minute consultation: Information gathering, action planning, education and hypnosis session. $150.
- Four weekly 60-minute sessions of hypnosis, education, and coaching. $85 each session.
- Two reinforcement sessions spaced two weeks apart. $85 each session.
- When you complete the seven-session program, follow up sessions as needed to support long-term weight loss are $70 each session.
