  • Support Coaching: Support, guidance and encouragement are essential elements in your change process. You will succeed and Karen will be there for you.  
  • Hypnosis: A powerful, safe and effective method used for helping you achieve long-term behavioral change. As a skilled hypnotherapist, Karen uses its power as part of your multi-strategy program.
