What are Balanced Living Strategies?
Balanced Living Strategies are personalized techniques designed to bring about desired changes. Meditative Relaxation Technique, Toxic Thought Inquiry, education, Support Coaching and Hypnosis are some of the methods used in Balanced Living Strategy building.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a relaxing and safe altered state of consciousness. Under hypnosis, clients' attention becomes focused, and their consciousness opens to receive positive suggestion.

Hypnosis has been approved by the National Institute of Health as a proven technique to manage chronic pain, smoking cessation, weight loss, insomnia and phobia management.

Under hypnosis people do not lose their free will.

What is Triad Weight Loss Management
Brown University and University of Colorado researchers studied 4500 people who lost at least 30 pounds and followed their weight loss/gain patterns over a 10-year period.

90% of the group gained all their weight back within 1 year.

Weight loss is just one aspect of weight management. Maintaining long -term weight loss is the ongoing problem.

Triad Weight Loss Management was developed to support clients' existing weight loss efforts. The core feature of this program helps people make changes both in lifestyle and in their thinking that keeps those hard lost pounds off.

Many studies show that hypnosis is an ideal addition to behavioural weight management programs that need supplementation to achieve long-term weight loss management.
